About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations & Forecasting Analyst to support our sales organization through data-driven insights, forecasting, and reporting. This role will work closely with sales teams and leadership to analyze performance, improve processes, and identify growth opportunities.
This is a highly collaborative position requiring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, orders, and forecasts to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for sales and leadership teams
- Support the creation and review of short-term and long-term sales forecasts
- Collaborate with sales teams to investigate anomalies and improve data accuracy
- Assist in ERP (SAP/OASIS) data management, including material master updates and system support
- Partner with internal teams to enhance reporting tools and optimize processes
- Support audit-related activities (IATF), documentation, and compliance requirements
- Conduct market and customer analysis to support business planning
- Provide ongoing operational and analytical support to sales and management teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field)
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or business support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with Power BI is a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or related industries
- Exposure to forecasting and sales planning processes
- Japanese language proficiency (spoken and written) is a strong plus
