Supply Chain Analyst / Business Operations Analyst (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain / Business Operations Analyst to support demand forecasting, supply planning, and operational analysis. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability aligns with mid‑ and long‑term demand forecasts. The analyst will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to drive data‑driven decisions, maximize sales opportunities, and improve supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and communicate demand forecasts to internal stakeholders
- Manage mid‑ to long‑term sell‑in and sell‑out forecasts, including buffer and inventory logic
- Conduct risk and opportunity simulations based on purchase orders, forecasts, promotions, and seasonal trends
- Analyze weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) to identify demand fluctuations and recommend corrective actions
- Propose inventory and supply allocation strategies to optimize overall sales performance
- Consolidate and publish weekly forecasting and performance reports, highlighting risks and financial impacts
- Utilize system‑based tools to extract and analyze channel and inventory data
- Track product arrivals and confirm purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitor and report on key operational KPIs, including aging inventory and depletion plans
- Support supply chain projects and perform ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and automation
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and provide backup support or training as needed

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3+ years of experience in supply chain, business operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical, data management, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver actionable insights
- Experience working with cross‑functional and multicultural teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Planning, Finance, or Demand Planning
- Experience with demand forecasting, inventory allocation, or financial analysis
- SAP or ERP system experience
- Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Proven success delivering against supply chain and operational objectives
