Turner Engineering Co is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive long-term business growth. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company?s financial strategy, ensuring financial stability, and supporting executive decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a strong financial leader with a proven track record in financial planning, risk management, and organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company?s financial strategy
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Lead financial reporting and present insights to executive leadership
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Oversee accounting, audit, and tax functions
Support mergers, acquisitions, and growth initiatives
Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Requirements
Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial regulations
Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills
Experience with financial forecasting and risk management
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
CPA or CFA certification (strongly preferred)
8+ years of senior finance experience
Experience in a growth-focused or multi-entity organization
Pay: $122,055.07 - $152,905.03 per year
