Financial Leadership: Seeking a delivery-focused Chartered Accountant (CA) with 18–25 years of experience, including at least 6 years as a CFO or Head of Finance in a large organization.
Industry Expertise: Mandatory background in the Manufacturing sector, ideally with a mix of experience in both large conglomerates and smaller, promoter-driven companies.
Capital & Treasury Management: Proven expertise in managing a loan book of ₹300–500 Cr and a total business scale of at least ₹2000 Cr, with strong capabilities in fund raising and liaison with banks and PE players.
Team & Operations: Experience leading a finance team of 30–50 people and a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with SAP and advanced MIS dashboards.
Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Ind AS, corporate taxation (GST, MAT), legal compliance, and strategic investment evaluation (M&A, IPO readiness).
Stability & Profile: Candidates should demonstrate high professional stability (not more than 4–5 companies in their career) and fall within the 45–50 bracket.
Academic Foundation: A regular or honors B.Com degree from a Tier-1 college is required in addition to the mandatory CA qualification.
