*The Role*
You'll be the operational backbone of the company — owning finance, compliance, HR, and vendor processes end to end. Direct exposure to founders. Real ownership from day one.

*What You'll Do*
▸ Bookkeeping, tax filings & compliance (CA/CS coordination)
▸ MIS reports, dashboards & internal trackers
▸ Invoicing, collections & reconciliations
▸ Payroll & employee reimbursements
▸ Vendor management & timely payments
▸ Draft & execute customer/vendor agreements
▸ Identify process gaps & drive improvements

*What We're Looking For*
▸ 0–2 years in business ops, finance or similar
▸ Organised, detail-oriented, nothing slips through
▸ Strong Excel / Google Sheets
▸ Basic accounting knowledge a plus
▸ Startup mindset — self-driven & adaptable
