Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can help us launch courses and learning programs and improve the student journey from signup to course completion. Your role will be to make our offerings easy to understand, reach the right students, and keep them engaged.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help plan and launch new courses, batches, and special offers
Collaborate with educators, marketing, and sales teams to run campaigns
Create simple and clear messaging so students understand the value of the course
Improve the student journey (enquiry → enrollment → learning → completion)
Identify where students drop off and suggest ways to improve engagement and retention
Track basic metrics like enrollments, conversions, and course completion rates
Run simple experiments to improve results (pricing, offers, communication, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS :
6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, growth, or similar roles
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
Comfortable working with data and Excel/Google Sheets
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work with different teams (educators, marketing, ops)
Good to Have
Experience in EdTech
Familiarity with tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, HubSpot, etc.
