Robert Half is partnering with a global consulting firm to find a bright, proactive Business Operations Administrator to join their London team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who’s looking to gain exposure across operations, EA support, events, and projects within a fast-paced, professional services environment.

💼 The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days look the same.
You’ll support the smooth running of the office while working closely with senior stakeholders and partnering with teams in both London and India.
It’s ideal for someone who is energetic, personable, and keen to get stuck in across multiple areas.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Office Operations & Facilities
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the London office
- Managing meeting room set-ups and workspace coordination
- Troubleshooting office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
- Liaising with building management and handling maintenance requests
- Keeping office spaces, kitchens, and meeting rooms in great shape
Front of House & Stakeholder Support
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for visitors
- Managing calls, emails, and general office queries
- Delivering a high level of customer service across the business
Admin & Business Support
- Supporting senior stakeholders and Managing Directors with ad hoc admin
- Coordinating meetings, presentations, and logistics
- Processing expenses and supporting operational tasks
- Assisting with onboarding (equipment, new starter set-up)
- Supporting offshore EA and admin teams when needed
Events & Projects
- Supporting office events, team activities, and L&D initiatives
- Getting involved in operational and European-wide projects
👥 The Team
You’ll be working closely with a supportive and experienced team, including:
- Senior leadership within Executive & Operations Administration
- London-based office support
- Offshore EA teams in India
- Senior stakeholders across the business

- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Nice to have
- Some office, admin, reception, or operations experience (6 months+)
- Exposure to events, facilities, or stakeholder coordination
- Experience in professional services
