Manager – GTM Strategic Initiatives who can own large enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth, strategic relationships, and campaign performance.
This role is not just operational account management. It requires someone who can think strategically, identify growth opportunities, work closely with clients, and drive measurable business outcomes across accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Own and manage large enterprise client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with marketing, sales, and leadership teams at client organizations.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear execution priorities.
Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts.
- Drive upsells, renewals, and new campaign launches.
- Ensure accounts consistently meet MRR, revenue, and outcome targets.
- Proactively identify whitespace opportunities across client accounts.
Campaign Performance Oversight
- Work closely with internal teams across marketing, AI operations, analytics, and product.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs.
- Proactively identify performance gaps, delivery risks, and funnel leakages.
- Translate campaign performance into clear action plans for internal and client teams.
Client Success & Retention
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients.
- Convert campaign data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction, retention, and account health.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, not just an execution coordinator.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate across product, marketing, operations, analytics, and leadership teams.
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly and client expectations are met.
- Drive internal accountability on timelines, deliverables, and performance outcomes.
- Work directly with founders and leadership on strategic accounts.
What We Are Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Key Accounts, GTM, or Strategic Initiatives.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, digital campaigns, or revenue growth.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with data, dashboards, campaign performance metrics, and business reviews.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Highly proactive, structured, and strong at problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with high ownership.
