Job Brief
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and growth-focused leader to help scale a successful preschool and daycare brand into a strong multi-center network across India.
This is not a regular school operations role. This is a leadership role for someone who can grow admissions, expand franchise centers, launch new schools, build strong systems, and create high-performing teams.
You will work closely with the founders and become a key part of the leadership team. Your work will directly shape the future growth of the organization.
The role is based in Hyderabad, with the first focus on the flagship center. As the brand grows, you will lead expansion across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and eventually PAN India.
This role is ideal for professionals from preschool chains, daycare brands, education franchises, or multi-center education operations who want to build something meaningful and large-scale.
Responsibilities
Admissions & Revenue Growth
- Drive admissions growth for the flagship preschool center
- Improve enquiry-to-admission conversion
- Build strong parent counselling systems
- Manage walk-ins and parent engagement activities
- Plan and execute local marketing activities
- Improve school tour conversion rates
- Build referral and corporate partnership programs
- Track admissions through CRM systems
- Forecast occupancy and revenue growth
Franchise Development & Expansion
- Identify and connect with potential franchise partners
- Conduct franchise presentations and business meetings
- Manage franchise onboarding and expansion planning
- Support commercial discussions and territory evaluation
- Build a strong expansion pipeline across target markets
- Lead franchise growth across Hyderabad and future regions
New Center Launch & Setup
- Lead end-to-end setup of new preschool and daycare centers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support location selection and center planning
- Coordinate vendors, infrastructure, and licensing activities
- Support hiring and pre-launch admissions planning
- Ensure centers are launch-ready within timelines
- Implement operational systems and SOPs
Franchise Success & Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth operations across all centers
- Implement quality standards and operational systems
- Conduct center audits and performance reviews
- Ensure excellent parent experience across locations
- Build operational discipline and brand consistency
- Handle escalations and support franchise success
Team Building & Leadership
- Hire and train admissions and operations teams
- Build onboarding and training systems
- Train center heads and franchise teams
- Develop performance management processes
- Create strong leadership pipelines for future expansion
- Build teams and systems from the ground up
Qualifications
Experience Required
Mandatory
- 8 to 15 years of experience
- Experience managing multi-location operations
- Strong admissions and business growth experience
- Team management and leadership experience
- Exposure to franchise operations or business expansion
- Strong operational and business mindset
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in preschool, daycare, or education brands
- Experience launching new centers
- Understanding of P&L and revenue growth
- Parent counselling and relationship management skills
- Local marketing and admissions experience
