Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to support daily operations, customer communication, task management, and coordination activities.
This role is ideal for candidates who are disciplined, professional, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in the digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries professionally via WhatsApp, Email, and CRM systems
- Handle operational and order-related tasks efficiently
- Follow company SOPs and complete assigned tasks within timelines
- Support customer communication workflows and response systems
- Coordinate with team leadership on daily operational activities
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or online tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
- Familiarity with design or technical tools is an added advantage
(Training will be provided for the right candidate.)
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Own laptop and stable internet connection
- Basic English and fluent Hindi communication
- Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced environment
- Self-discipline and good time management skills
Working Hours
- Full-time remote role
- Task-based work structure with flexibility depending on operational requirements
Salary & Growth
- ₹6,000 – ₹15,000 per month during training/initial phase
