Experience & Leadership:
- 5–10 years of experience in GTM Analytics, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Commissions, or Revenue Operations
- 5+ years into SaaS / B2B Tech Industry Experience
- Min 5 years with people Management
- Proven experience partnering with Sales and GTM leadership to improve performance using data-driven insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
