The Role
Revenue Operations Analyst is an entry-level role for a recent graduate who is analytical, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about how data and systems power commercial teams. You will work alongside our RevOps Manager to keep Firmable's go-to-market engine running smoothly: supporting reporting, CRM hygiene, campaign operations, and process improvement across sales, marketing, and customer success.
This is not a task-execution role. You'll get into the detail, take pride in clean data and well-built processes, and learn how a modern revenue operation works from the inside. You'll get hands-on with HubSpot, sales tech, campaign execution, and revenue reporting from day one.
Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager.
~75% hands-on execution: CRM administration, reporting, campaign ops, data hygiene. ~25% process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional support.
What You'll Own
- CRM administration: day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM including data entry, record maintenance, list management, and workflow support; keeping our database clean, accurate, and up to date
- Reporting and dashboards: building and maintaining sales and marketing reports and dashboards; pulling weekly and monthly performance data so leadership has accurate, timely visibility into pipeline and revenue metrics
- Data integrity: supporting data quality and hygiene processes across CRM and connected systems; identifying inconsistencies, flagging issues, and helping implement fixes that keep our data trustworthy
- Campaign operations: building and executing sales and marketing campaigns in HubSpot and Smartlead; supporting list building, segmentation, campaign setup, and post-campaign reporting
- CRM enrichment: leveraging Firmable's own data to enrich CRM records, improve segmentation, and maintain database hygiene; using the product you work for every day
- Process documentation: documenting RevOps processes and workflows in Notion; keeping playbooks, SOPs, and process guides current and usable
- Sales enablement support: onboarding support, template management, and ad hoc requests from the sales team that require operational input
- Cross-functional support: operational support across sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives; customer lifecycle tracking, campaign measurement, and ad hoc analysis as needs arise

- Recently completed or near completion of a degree in business, commerce, marketing, data, or a related field; any background that required structured thinking, analysis, or problem-solving is valued
- Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and translating numbers into something meaningful
- High attention to detail: you notice when something is wrong in a dataset or a process before it becomes a problem, and you take pride in accuracy
- Curious about how commercial teams operate: you want to understand how sales, marketing, and customer success work together to generate revenue, not just complete tasks in isolation
- Strong organisational skills: you manage your time well, hit deadlines, and can juggle multiple tasks without losing the thread
- Collaborative and proactive: you ask questions, flag issues early, and work well across teams
- You live and breathe AI tools. You use AI for research, analysis, writing, and workflow automation as your default way of working, not a productivity experiment. In 2026, this is how a graduate punches above their weight and you need to already be doing it.

- Any exposure to CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
