About Auror
At Auror, we're empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. It's high volume crime that's increasingly organised in nature and is putting people, retailers, and communities at risk every day.
Founded in New Zealand 12 years ago, we're working with some of the best and largest retailers in the world across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
Auror is connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime. We're using technology for good.
In partnership with our leading retail partners, we need people with the passion, determination, and innovation required to overcome one of the world's largest problems. If you're looking to make a difference with and for the people dedicated to stopping crime, for good, then we want you on our team.
We're also embracing the potential of AI to supercharge our impact—whether that's enhancing the way we detect trends, support our customers, or improve internal workflows. As a company, we're committed to responsibly incorporating AI into how we work and what we build, and we encourage all Aurors to be curious about how AI can elevate their work, regardless of role or function.
The Role
As our Revenue Operations Director, you'll serve as a key operational leader within our RevOps function, driving efficiency and alignment across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams as we scale. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on building from scratch, managing complexity, and delivering projects end-to-end with minimal direction.
As a senior member of our RevOps function, you'll work closely with the Director of Revenue Operations and partner with senior stakeholders across the business to scope, prioritise, and execute initiatives that directly accelerate revenue growth. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, own outcomes not just tasks, and help shape the operational foundation we need to hit our next stage of growth.
Practically this will involve:
- Leading RevOps projects from scoping through to delivery, taking full ownership of timelines, outcomes, and stakeholder communication
- Acting as a trusted partner to leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Managing expectations, navigating competing priorities, and keeping initiatives on track
- Owning and optimizing our RevOps tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and other GTM tooling, ensuring we're getting maximum value from our investments and identifying gaps as we scale
- Designing and improving workflows, automations, and processes across the revenue funnel to reduce friction and improve team efficiency
- Supporting forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance insights that help leadership make faster, better decisions
- Evaluating and onboarding new tools and platforms as the business evolves, with a strong eye for what will actually move the needle
- Supporting and mentoring other members of the RevOps team, helping to raise the bar across the function
This role reports to Nick Harley, Director of Revenue Operations.
I've spent the past 20 years+ living and breathing all things startups, marketing, tech and revenue growth. I split my time between being a Dad, golf addict, DIY enthusiast, Formula 1 fan and of course, helping Auror empower more retailers around the world to stop crime, for good. I enjoy being part of an ambitious team that wants to do their best work and build something remarkable. Working with talented, caring, and ambitious people who want to elevate themselves, their peers, and Auror to new heights is hugely rewarding.

- A strong track record of owning projects end-to-end, from scoping and stakeholder alignment through to delivery, with minimal oversight
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly at all levels
