About the Company:
Our client is a fast-growing, U.S.-registered solar photovoltaic module and Energy Storage integrated solutions provider. The company operates in confidential mode, with a near-native U.S. leadership team and founders/investors who have deep global renewable energy experience and strong financing credentials. The organization is expanding rapidly in the U.S., both in manufacturing and corporate operations, and is targeting a public listing within 2–3 years.
Role Overview:
The CFO will play a key strategic and operational role, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensure compliance, manage risk, and support growth. The role requires a highly experienced, stable, and analytically strong finance leader capable of navigating a high-growth, global-oriented business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO and Board.
- Lead financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and company audits.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure legal, regulatory, and accounting compliance across all financial functions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners.
- Support M&A, capital raising, and IPO preparation as the company scales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7–10+ years of senior finance experience, ideally in high-growth or manufacturing/energy sectors.
- Strong finance-based analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of stable tenure: each prior role ideally 3+ years.
- Experience in U.S. accounting, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global executive teams.
- Prior exposure to public company preparation, fundraising, or IPO process is a plus.
