Position Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to architect, lead, and execute our global commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the executive team, the CRO will have full ownership of the company’s revenue architecture, encompassing sales, marketing, business development, and partner success.
The ideal candidate is a builder and a scaling expert who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses a deep understanding of modern financial or technological platforms, and knows how to unlock repeatable, scalable revenue streams. While the role offers the flexibility of remote work, being based in or connected to the vibrant ecosystem of Miami, FL will be a distinct advantage for strategic networking and localized growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a cohesive commercial blueprint to maximize revenue growth, optimizing pricing strategies, sales cycles, and market penetration.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Unify sales, marketing, and client success operations into a single, collaborative revenue engine with shared metrics and goals.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with institutional clients, platforms, and key ecosystem stakeholders to expand market reach.
Data-Driven Scale: Establish robust analytical frameworks and KPI dashboards to track pipeline health, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and market trends.
Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and inspire a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and excellence.
Market Expansion: Keep a pulse on emerging industry trends—particularly digital assets, platform economies, and corporate infrastructure—to position Sigma Smart Services ahead of the curve.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years of executive-level commercial leadership (CRO, VP of Sales, or Head of Business Development) within high-growth B2B technology, SaaS, FinTech, or structured marketplace environments.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success driving companies from early-to-mid stage through rapid revenue acceleration and successful market expansion.
Strategic Network: A strong professional network within corporate, institutional, or tech-forward ecosystems, ideally with some footprint in the South Florida market.
Analytical Mindset: Expert ability to translate complex data into actionable sales strategies and accurate financial forecasts.
Culture Fit: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You must be comfortable managing a distributed, remote workforce while maintaining high engagement and alignment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
