We are a rapidly scaling, venture backed insurance sales and employee benefits platform seeking an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to lead our next phase of growth. This executive will be responsible for architecting and scaling revenue generation across multiple channels, including enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, direct response marketing, digital acquisition, and channel development.
This role is designed for a proven builder, someone who understands how to create revenue engines, build high performing teams, open strategic doors, and execute with discipline. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in a boardroom presenting to Fortune 1000 executives as they are rolling up their sleeves to optimize funnels, improve conversion, and unlock scalable growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all revenue-generating functions across the organization, including:
- Enterprise sales
- Strategic partnerships

- B2B lead generation initiatives

- Build scalable, repeatable revenue acquisition systems across multiple channels
- Develop and execute growth strategies that materially increase topline revenue
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing sales, marketing, and partnership teams
- Establish strategic relationships with senior executives, consultants, brokers, and enterprise decision makers
- Lead executive-level presentations and negotiate strategic relationships with Fortune 1000 companies
- Build KPI infrastructure around CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and channel profitability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, product, and executive leadership to maximize enterprise value
- Identify and capitalize on strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and adjacent revenue verticals
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior executive leadership in revenue, growth, sales, or go-to-market roles
- Demonstrated success scaling revenue in high-growth businesses
- Strong direct response / performance marketing experience
- Significant B2B enterprise sales experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and sell intoFortune 1000 organizations
- Deep understanding of multi-channel customer acquisition economics
- Strong leadership experience building teams and revenue organizations
- Highly analytical, KPI-driven, and execution focused
- Comfortable in fast-paced, venture backed environments
- Willing and able to travel regularly
