As a Bilingual Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in bridging global sales operations and facilitating coordinated solutions for customers worldwide. Responsibilities:
- Streamline departmental methods, systems, and processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to reduce reliance on paper, enabling electronic processing and digital storage.
- Identify duplicate workflows and implement process improvements for greater productivity.
- Facilitate accurate alignment on orders and data across sales, accounting, scheduling, manufacturing, and shipping departments.
- Oversee submission and tracking of export permits to China, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage and oversee revenue transactions spanning Europe, North America, and Asia (excluding China) in partnership with internal teams.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial processing and reconciliation.
- Monitor and manage backlog and shipping dates in alignment with corporate goals.
- Regularly attend virtual production meetings with teams in China and generate impactful operational reports.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance workflows and champion creative process improvements.
- Participate in or facilitate occasional business travel as required.
Must-Have Skills:
- Significant experience in customer service or operations leadership roles within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) with excellent bilingual communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Hands-on experience with Order Processing Systems and ERP applications.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience managing multinational operations in the semiconductor or advanced materials sector.
- Familiarity with export permit compliance and international shipping processes.
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Advanced data reporting and analytic skills for business insights.
- Experience leading teams through digital transformation initiatives.
