Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to work closely with the Manager in managing day-to-day operational activities, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and business support functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, follow-up abilities, and the capability to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the manager on daily operational and coordination activities.
- Track and monitor ongoing projects, tasks, and business priorities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational summaries, presentations, and dashboards.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and manage follow-ups on action items.
- Maintain business documents, records, and operational data.
- Assist in process improvements and implementation of operational strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders when required.
- Ensure timely communication and task closure across teams.
- Support the manager in administrative and strategic operational activities.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, or business support roles.
