We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across GTM and Operations functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment for business and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for GTM and Operations roles including:
- Sales
- Business Development
- Customer Success
- Account Management
- Marketing
- Operations & Support Functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team structures.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Drive candidate screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and offer rollout.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and pipeline updates.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for recurring business-critical roles.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closures and hiring efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience hiring for GTM and/or Operations roles in startups, SaaS, logistics, internet, or high-growth environments.
- Good understanding of hiring metrics, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with speed and quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ownership-driven environment.
Preferred Background
- Experience hiring for B2B SaaS companies will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience working on volume hiring as well as niche business hiring mandates is preferred.
