Required Skills & Qualifications
1) 2–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Product Operations, Project Management, or similar roles within a tech-driven company
2) Strong understanding of operations management, workflow optimization, and process improvement
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking
4) Basic understanding of finance and operational processes, including billing, invoicing, and collections
5) Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and client management skills
6) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization and time management
7) Familiarity with website/content management and social media coordination
8) Basic understanding of software testing, QA processes, and issue tracking
9) Ability to review, organize, and manage legal and compliance-related documentation
10) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
11) Experience in preparing BRDs, SOPs, operational workflows, and project documentation
12) Ability to create structured project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks
13) Willingness to travel for client meetings, coordination, and issue resolution when required.
