Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage the company’s financial operations, compliance, budgeting, and overall financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of finance and accounts management along with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and budgeting plans.
- Handle cash flow management and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ROC, audits, and taxation regulations.
- Monitor company expenses and implement cost-control strategies.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial consultants.
- Oversee payroll processing, vendor payments, and financial documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
- Support management in financial decision-making and business planning.
Requirements
- CFO Certification is mandatory.
- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in finance and accounts management.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, audits, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP, and financial software.
- Hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
