About This Role
We're looking for a Partnership & GTM Manager to own strategic partnerships and drive go-to-market execution across key verticals. This role combines relationship management with commercial thinking — you'll be responsible for building and scaling partnerships in wellness, fitness, fintech, and employee benefits, and working cross-functionally to convert those partnerships into measurable growth.
You'll work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partnerships are structured well, launched effectively, and scaled over time.
What You'll Do
Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Onboard new partners across wellness, fitness, fintech, and employee benefits verticals
- Own ongoing relationships with strategic partners, including business planning, governance cadence, and execution tracking
- Monitor partnership health, surface risks, and drive corrective action where needed
GTM Execution
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans with partners, covering new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to build and run joint initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand partnership scope and improve commercial outcomes over time
Internal Advocacy & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Represent partner priorities internally and secure alignment across product, marketing, sales, and leadership
- Work with product and technology teams to define and execute integration partnerships with a clear user journey
Reporting & Governance
- Track and report on partnership performance, milestones, risks, and areas of improvement
- Maintain a transparent view of the partnership portfolio for internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in partnerships,
- Prior experience working in wellness, fitness, fintech, or employee benefits industries — mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product and technology teams on integration partnerships
- Experience working with marketing and sales teams to execute joint GTM initiatives
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Prior experience in wellness, fitness, fintech, employee benefits experience mandatory
