About the Role
Scalient is hiring a high-ownership GTM operator to help run and scale our client delivery engine.
This role sits at the center of strategy, execution, content, outbound, systems, and team coordination.
You’ll work closely with the founder to manage active client accounts, build outbound and content-led growth motions, coordinate execution across interns and the design team, and make sure client work moves from idea to shipped output without friction.
We’re looking for someone who is AI-native, execution-focused, and comfortable using modern tools to create better workflows, faster delivery systems, and sharper GTM output.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll operate cross-functionally across Scalient’s delivery engine, working with:
- The founder
- Growth interns
- The design team
- Client stakeholders
- AI tools and automation workflows
You’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving, communicating clearly across teams, coordinating execution, and making sure the work ships at a high standard.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day delivery across active client accounts, from strategy to execution and reporting.
- Optimize client profiles across LinkedIn and other relevant GTM channels.
- Build GTM strategies across outbound, founder-led content, personal branding, and lead generation.
- Prepare content pillars, calendars, campaign angles, outreach plans, and execution roadmaps.
- Write LinkedIn content, cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, connection notes, and campaign copy aligned with each client’s positioning.
- Build outreach sequences, messaging frameworks, and campaign variations for testing and iteration.
- Run and integrate the outbound stack across Clay, Apollo, Instantly or Smartlead, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools.
- Build outbound funnels that connect prospecting, enrichment, copy, campaign launch, tracking, and reporting.
- Use AI-native tools, Claude Code, Cursor, and automation platforms to improve speed, quality, and reduce manual work.
- Build automation systems end-to-end when needed, from identifying repeatable processes to designing, testing, and deploying workflows.
- Lead interns on prospecting, execution support, and quality control before work ships to clients.
- Coordinate with the founder, interns, design team, and clients to keep execution tight and timelines on track.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B agency, SaaS company, GTM team, or founder-led growth environment.
- Strong understanding of outbound, LinkedIn-led growth, founder-led content, personal branding, and client-facing GTM delivery.
- Experience creating GTM strategies, content calendars, campaign angles, outreach plans, and execution roadmaps.
- Strong copywriting ability across LinkedIn content, cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, connection notes, and campaign messaging.
- Hands-on experience with tools used for prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, campaign launches, and reporting, including Clay, Apollo, Instantly or Smartlead, and LinkedIn.
- AI-native working style, with comfort using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms to improve output quality and execution speed.
- Ability to integrate tools, build workflows, and create outbound funnels across prospecting, enrichment, copy, launch, tracking, and reporting.
- Comfortable building automation systems when needed using n8n, Zapier, Make, or AI-assisted coding tools.
- Able to manage multiple client accounts, coordinate with interns and the design team, communicate clearly, and keep execution moving without constant hand-holding.
- Comfortable working directly with the founder, taking ownership in ambiguity, and turning ideas into shipped work.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with US, Canada, Europe, or other international client accounts.
- Proven work in founder-led content, LinkedIn personal branding, or outbound-led client acquisition.
- Experience building automations, internal tools, dashboards, workflows, or AI-assisted systems used by a real team or client.
- Exposure to paid social, landing pages, performance marketing, or conversion-focused campaign execution.
Compensation & Work Setup
- Compensation: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skill level, and the value you can bring to the organization.
- Role type: Full-time, hybrid.
Training phase:
The initial training phase will be in-office so you can learn Scalient’s systems, workflows, clients, tools, and delivery standards closely with the team.
Ongoing schedule:
After the training phase, the role will move to a hybrid setup with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Saturday requirements:
The first and third Saturdays of the month will be work days, depending on workload and client priorities.
