A high-growth and well-capitalised PE-backed AI data centre platform is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and capital agenda. This is a rare opportunity to join a development-stage platform at inflection point, working alongside world-class institutional investors to build a market-leading digital infrastructure business across Asia.
The role
- Own the full financial leadership of the platform, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the fund
- Lead fundraising, co-investment structuring, and LP reporting in partnership with the parent fund
- Drive project finance and capital markets execution across multiple markets
- Build and lead the finance function from the ground up, including FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance across jurisdictions
- Partner with development and operations teams on site acquisition financing, construction drawdowns, and asset-level performance
- Support potential future monetisation events (JVs, asset sales, REIT listings, IPO)
Ideal background
- Senior finance leader from data centres, digital infrastructure, real assets or adjacent sectors
- Proven track record in PE/fund-backed environments - fluent in LP structures, fund governance, and co-investment frameworks
- Deep expertise in project finance, infrastructure debt and cross-border capital markets in Asia
- Multi-market Asia experience: exposure to Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, and/or Japan strongly preferred
- Business-level Mandarin and English proficiency (written and spoken)
- CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
