Atomic Recruitment – Chief Financial Officer (30k, MedTech, CFO)

This is a newly created leadership position based in Singapore, offering strong visibility to global stakeholders and involvement in future fundraising and IPO-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Leadership
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on business strategy, financial planning, and regional expansion initiatives
- Provide commercial and financial insights to support decision-making and long-term growth
- Lead finance transformation and establish scalable finance processes and governance frameworks across the region
- Support organizational growth within a fast-paced, direct-sales-driven environment
Corporate Finance & Capital Markets
- Lead investor reporting and manage relationships with regional and overseas investors
- Support fundraising, capital markets activities, and IPO / listing preparation initiatives
- Drive financial modelling, valuation analysis, and strategic financing activities
- Present financial performance and strategic updates to Board members and investors
Financial Control & Operations
- Oversee regional finance operations, controllership, compliance, and reporting activities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS and corporate requirements
- Strengthen internal controls, treasury, tax, governance, and risk management frameworks
- Manage and mentor the existing finance team in China, including:
- Controller
- Finance Manager
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key finance business partner across global and regional stakeholders
- Work closely with external auditors, banks, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies
- Support the Singapore office setup and future licensing-related milestones
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline; CPA / CA / ACCA preferred
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader within MedTech, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related industries
- Strong exposure to:
- Investor Relations
- Investor Reporting
- Corporate Finance
- Capital Markets
- Fundraising / IPO / Listing activities
- Hands-on experience in controllership and operational finance management
- Experience within multinational or US-headquartered organizations preferred
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities across regional and global teams
- Conversational Mandarin / Chinese required to manage Chinese-speaking stakeholders and regional finance operations
