- Join a highly regarded Australian property and development group
- Support a commercially minded CFO within a collaborative, low-ego culture
- CBD fringe location | Parking included | Premium perks and benefits
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded Australian property and development group with a diverse portfolio and large-scale development projects nationally. Well-established and highly respected within the market, the business combines the backing and sophistication of a major organisation with a far more entrepreneurial, collaborative and down-to-earth culture internally.
Supporting the CFO, this role will partner with a highly intelligent, commercially focused and forward-thinking executive who is heavily invested in innovation, business transformation and the integration of technology across the business. This is not a traditional gatekeeper-style EA role, the successful candidate will operate as a true collaborative partner, someone comfortable leaning into projects, navigating ambiguity and contributing beyond diary and travel management alone.
The environment is fast-paced but highly people-focused, with approachable leadership, minimal hierarchy and a genuinely open-door culture. The business values initiative, adaptability and commercial thinking, with the opportunity to become deeply embedded within both the executive’s world and the broader organisation.
Note this role is 5 days a week onsite in their CBD fringe located offices, with a mature and trusted approach to flexibility needs.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting senior executives within fast-paced environments
- Enjoys a collaborative and adaptable style of working
- Is naturally proactive, forward-thinking and solutions focused
- Has strong commercial awareness and enjoys being involved in the broader business
