SRG Hospitality is growing fast. With 16+ premium venues in our pipeline and a revenue portfolio tracking toward $100M by FY27, this is the moment we need a CFO who doesn't just report on the numbers, but helps shape the strategy behind them.
This is a newly created role. A genuine seat at the executive table, working directly with our CEO and Directors. If you're a Financial Controller or Head of Finance ready for your first CFO appointment, or an experienced CFO seeking greater scale and ownership, this is worth your attention.
THE SCALE
- $100M+ Revenue portfolio target by end of FY27
- 16+ Premium venues across the group by FY27
- Newly created role, yours to define and build
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Lead and develop the finance function across the entire group — setting the standard, not inheriting it
- Partner with the CEO and Directors to drive commercial strategy, capital planning, and growth decisions
- Deliver insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across a multi-venue, multi-entity structure
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and funding strategy to support ongoing venue expansion
- Build fit-for-scale financial systems, controls, and frameworks ahead of the growth curve
- Lead financial due diligence and integration for new acquisitions and venue openings
- Oversee compliance, taxation, audit, and risk management across the group
- Identify and drive operational efficiency and cost optimisation opportunities
WHO YOU ARE
- CFO, Financial Controller, or Head of Finance with genuine seniority and the ambition to match
- Deep experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, pubs, or multi-site operations — this context is essential
- CPA or CA qualified — the credentials matter, but so does the commercial judgement behind them
- Comfortable operating at pace in a growth business where things move quickly and ambiguity is the norm
- A communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear direction for non-finance stakeholders
- Proven track record leading and developing finance teams
- Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and multi-entity management
