We are looking for a senior RevOps Associate to implement the right processes and automation to help us scale our revenue.
You will be responsible for reporting and tooling, and will help design how our go-to-market system works end to end: the processes we run, the data we trust, and the operating cadence we use to make decisions.
This is an opportunity to build with high ownership, alongside a small, fast-moving team that cares deeply about craft, clarity, and measurable impact. You will work closely with the founders and the Sales, Ops, and Finance teams to implement and scale our internal processes.

Mission
CRM (Attio)
Structure and maintain our CRM.
Automate Sales and Ops CRM processes to ensure data quality and help collaboration between teams.
Document workflows (lead to opportunity to closing to handover) and drive adoption to support scale (Sales and Ops team will triple in the coming months).
Automation & tooling
Define KPIs (definitions, source of truth, calculation rules) and maintain trustworthy reporting.
Identify operational pain points and automate workflows using AI: enrichment, routing, tasks, follow-ups, synchronizations.
Own, build and maintain revenue dashboards (pipeline, performance, activity, conversion, retention depending on scope).
Own stack evolution (tool selection, implementation, integrations, training) in partnership with teams.
Growth & lead generation
Structure marketing, acquisition, CRM processes to maximize lead generation.
Create and nurture email campaigns (marketing mails, newsletter, events), in deep collaboration with Sales.
Help run events end to end: prep, on-site support, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
Ensure leads are captured cleanly in the CRM and handed off with the right context.
Internal Ops
Finance Ops: automate invoicing and cash collection workflows & financial reporting.
Customer Success & Support Ops: implement NPS, automate support processes.
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the ongoing AI revolution, action-oriented, autonomous, and ambitious. You are the ideal candidate if you have:
2+ years experience in RevOps, SalesOps, BizOps (B2B startup or scale-up preferred).
Strong data comfort: metric definitions, structuring, pragmatic BI and SQL.
Hands-on CRM experience (this is a highly operational role).
Familiarity with automation tools (no-code or low-code) and strong workflow thinking.
Pragmatic: ship quickly, measure, iterate.
Excellent communication: able to align stakeholders and drive adoption.
Autonomous: can scope, prioritize, execute, and document.
