Business Operations & Account ManagerAbout the Role
We are a growing wholesale and brand distribution company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Business Operations & Account Manager to help keep our business running smoothly while supporting sales growth and account relationships.
This is a hands-on role where your work has a direct, visible impact every day. We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and resourceful — someone who takes ownership, follows through, and gets things done.
You’ll work closely with iconic, design-led, and licensed brands loved across generations, while helping us scale operations and build stronger systems to drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage wholesale orders from receipt to fulfillment accurately and on time
- Handle customer, retailer, and warehouse communication via email
- Send outreach emails to prospective wholesale accounts and build relationships
- Follow up consistently with leads and manage the outreach pipeline
- Process billing and invoicing with strong attention to detail
- Coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help implement and maintain CRM systems as the business grows
- Support day-to-day business operations and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, account management, wholesale, or a related role
- Strong written communication skills, especially for outreach and follow-up emails
- Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and business tools
- Highly detail-oriented — you catch issues before they become problems
- Self-motivated and dependable with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving small team environment
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and everyday business software
