We have created a brand-new Chief Sales Officer role to take our growth to the next level. This is not a caretaker position. It is a mandate to drive massive new logo acquisition across two continents, build and scale high-performing sales teams, and position TOA Global as the undisputed category leader in accounting BPO.

What You Will Do
Own the global new logo number
Set and deliver ambitious new business revenue targets across NA and ANZ. Build the strategy, the pipeline, and the cadence that turns targets into results.
Scale NA at pace
The NA market is where the biggest opportunity lies. You will design and execute a go-to-market strategy that rapidly expands our footprint across the U.S. and Canada.
Build and lead elite sales teams
Recruit, develop, and hold accountable high-caliber new business teams in both regions. Set the bar high, create a winning culture, and ensure every team member operates with urgency, discipline, and the hunger to win.
Drive sales process and performance rigor
Implement and optimize a scalable, data-driven sales operating model covering pipeline generation, conversion, forecasting, and reporting. You live in the data and make decisions at speed.
Partner across the business
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and create a seamless new client experience from first touch to onboarding.
Who You Are
- A proven sales leader with a track record of rapidly scaling new business revenue, ideally across multiple geographies including NA and ANZ.
- Experienced at building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams in fast-growth environments.
- A strategic thinker who operates with intensity. You see the big picture and then you do the work to make it real.
- Comfortable in a BPO, professional services, or B2B services environment where consultative selling and long-term relationships matter.
- Relentlessly driven by results and accountability. You set the pace for your teams and you lead from the front.
