We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner closely with executive leadership in driving the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in venture capital, investment banking, and capital raising, with experience supporting high-growth companies through investor engagement and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the company’s financial strategy, forecasting, and long-term planning
Partner with leadership on fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and capital strategy
Develop and present financial models, growth projections, and investor materials
Support discussions and negotiations with venture capital firms, private investors, and strategic partners
Provide strategic guidance around scaling operations, profitability, and market expansion
Build financial infrastructure, reporting processes, and performance metrics to support growth
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a CFO, strategic finance leader, investment banker, or VC-backed finance executive
Strong background in venture capital, fundraising, and capital markets
Proven experience developing investor-ready financial models and presentations
Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills
Experience supporting high-growth or startup environments preferred
