We’re an early-stage, well-funded startup building an AI-native Sales Agent. Our goals is to automate repetitive sales processes and cut down time to demo.
We’re looking for an Operations Specialist who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to help define how modern sales teams run in an AI-native world
What you’ll do
- Own and improve core sales and go-to-market operations
- Build and maintain systems across CRM, outbound tooling, and internal workflow
- Work directly with founders to design and operationalize AI-driven sales processes
- Analyze funnel performance (lead → meeting → close) and identify bottlenecks
- Support and iterate on outbound campaigns, sequencing, and targeting
- Help deploy and manage AI agents across sales workflows (prospecting, enrichment, outreach)
- Create dashboards and reporting to drive decision-making
- Jump into whatever is needed: from tooling setup to customer ops to data clean up
What we’re looking for
- 0–4 years in operations, sales ops, growth, or similar roles
- Strong systems thinker: you like making messy processes efficient
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, etc
- Comfortable working with data (Excel / Sheets required, SQL a plus)
- High ownership: you don’t wait for instructio
- Curious about AI and excited to work alongside agentic systems
Nice to haves
- Experience at a startup or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or no-code workflows
- Background in sales, recruiting, or GTM operations
