Our client is a successful global software company (sub 100M revenue) which is well established in its space and positioned to scale. We are hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to lead the growth of the global organisation.
This is a critical role as part of an exciting growth phase, with the potential for an exit in the relative short-term. We are looking for a high-energy leader with a strong interest in AI and a track record of scaling high growth SaaS businesses. You must have a highly successful senior leadership track record in Enterprise Software, to include Private Equity owned businesses and ideally playing a key position in moving to an exit.
Your background should include driving the development of current business, alongside building new teams and new business growth, leading strategies to grow revenues in target markets.
- Develop and lead an existing and successful team and expand the global business.
- Leadership, coaching and mentoring with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
- Driving marketing, product management, pre-sales, and professional services teams to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong 'hands-on' leadership and track record in Enterprise software, ideally including success in driving growth in PE-backed businesses.
