Position Overview:
E360S is looking for a Sales Operational Analyst to work out of our Aurora, ON head office to support our Sales Teams across the organization. A Sales Operational Analyst leverages technical acumen to optimize CRM, ERP, and AI tools while managing sales analysis, budgeting, and inbound lead performance. They collaborate with leadership to transform data into actionable insights and lead the onboarding and training of sales reps to maximize system proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement using business analysis methods and tools.
- Develop, maintain, and supervise a database for active contracts.
- Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams, optimizing business systems for better efficiency.
- Assist in the development of sales enablement tools, training programs, and resources to enhance sales team performance.
- Manage and optimize business systems, including CRM and sales analytics platforms, ensuring seamless integration, support, and training for users.
- Support leadership in aligning sales strategies with operational execution through efficient implementation of business solutions.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude to enhance sales operations and productivity.
- Manage and optimize data (leads) coming through the website and corporate inbox.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Information Technology, Reporting & Analysis, and Sales.
- Proficiency in interpreting complex data sets and using business analysis methods to identify trends.
- Knowledge of how to implement new business systems and configure existing ones.
- Expertise in CRM/ERP tools such as Salesforce, Navusoft, and Trux.
- Working Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar softwares
- Expertise in running queries and/or writing code to extract data, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel.
- Ability to lead training sessions, provide accurate translations, and communicate effectively during high-stakes client calls and presentations.
- Ability to align operational execution with high-level corporate strategies.
