I’m partnering with a growing, mid-sized professional services client on a confidential search for a
HubSpot / Revenue Operations Specialist.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do more than maintain a CRM. My client is looking for a hands-on HubSpot power user who can help build the systems, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data discipline that support sales growth.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, data, and technology. The right person will help turn HubSpot into a true source of truth for the business, giving sales leaders better visibility into pipeline, activity, forecasting, and client development opportunities.
This is not a narrow enterprise role where you own one small part of the system. It is a high-impact role in a mid-sized business where your work will be visible, practical, and directly connected to revenue growth.
Key areas of focus include:
- Owning day-to-day HubSpot administration and CRM optimization
- Building dashboards and reports that help leadership make better decisions
- Improving pipeline visibility, sales activity tracking, and forecasting
- Creating workflows, automations, forms, sequences, and lead routing
- Cleaning and organizing CRM data so the business can actually trust it
- Partnering with sales leadership to improve process, adoption, and accountability
- Training users and creating simple, practical documentation
Ideal background:
- Hands-on HubSpot, CRM, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations experience
- Strong reporting, data cleanup, and dashboard-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Experience in a mid-sized B2B company preferred
- Professional services, SaaS, legal technology, staffing, managed services, or marketing agency experience is a plus
