For our client, we are seeking a VP Global Revenue Operations And Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $300,000 – $330,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own global revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships
- Drive improvements in bookings forecast accuracy and pipeline management
- Develop a data-driven, probability-weighted bookings forecast
- Conduct business reviews to assess opportunity health
- Boost sales productivity through effective territory design
- Track and analyze KPIs related to growth and performance
- Lead the global deal desk for efficient deal execution
- Own the global sales enablement strategy for the enterprise B2B platform
- Build enablement programs for onboarding and ongoing learning
- Establish frameworks supporting enterprise selling motions
- Ensure measurability of enablement programs
- Oversee adoption of sales enablement tools globally
- Lead and grow a high-performing global team
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies
- Prepare materials for executive discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS
- 5+ years leading Revenue Operations and/or Sales Enablement
- Proven partnership with Sales leadership to drive productivity
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong executive-level communication abilities
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
