Primary (Must-Have):
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Support, Deal Desk, or Business Operations
• Strong Salesforce CRM administration and data management experience
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation, and reporting
• Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Experience working with SAP including PR/PO processing, invoicing, and AR visibility
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, and business summaries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and process documentation experience
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Irvine, CA

Position Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst will serve as the operational backbone of the Key Account Management (KAM) organization by supporting sales operations, reporting, process management, and operational execution activities. This role works closely with Key Account Managers, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders to improve data quality, streamline workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and accelerate execution across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, operational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and standardize recurring sales operations activities including reporting, trackers, cadence meetings, and status updates
• Maintain CRM data integrity including opportunities, accounts, contacts, activities, and pipeline management
• Drive CRM hygiene, opportunity stage accuracy, close-date discipline, and data quality initiatives
• Produce dashboards, executive summaries, forecasting reports, and performance metrics
• Support pipeline management, bookings analysis, renewal tracking, backlog reporting, and risk identification
• Coordinate internal activities required to move opportunities from intake through execution
• Support effort estimates, approvals, pricing inputs, and documentation readiness activities
• Maintain SOW, amendment, renewal, and contract lifecycle tracking processes
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Delivery teams to reduce operational bottlenecks
• Manage AR tracking, invoicing milestone visibility, collections follow-up, and stakeholder coordination
• Submit, track, and manage Purchase Requests (PRs), ES requests, GAR items, and related approvals
• Submit, track, and reconcile Purchase Orders (POs) against project milestones and invoices
• Coordinate action items across Sales, KAM, Solution Architecture, Delivery, and support teams
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow automation solutions
• Develop SOPs, templates, checklists, and process documentation
• Prepare customer-facing materials including QBRs, MBRs, meeting presentations, action logs, and executive summaries
• Support adoption and effective utilization of CRM, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and reporting tools
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding confidentiality, customer information, and data management
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Business Operations, or Sales Support experience
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM administration and reporting experience
• Strong SAP experience including PR/PO management and operational reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting cross-functional business teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting enterprise technology or IT services organizations
• Experience supporting executive reporting and account governance programs
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools
• Strong understanding of SOWs, MSAs, commercial terms, and contract workflows
• Experience supporting Automotive clients or Hyundai-affiliated organizations
• Strong process improvement and workflow optimization experience
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and improve reporting accuracy
