Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Salary: $235,000-$250,000 base salary + potential bonus + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities For The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Direct all finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and treasury functions
- Oversee government grants, contracts, Medicaid/Medicare billing, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Provide strategic financial guidance and decision support to executive leadership and the Board
- Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of 10-12 professionals
- Strengthen internal controls, financial reporting processes, and organizational compliance
- Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and finance modernization initiatives
Qualifications For The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- 12+ years of progressive nonprofit finance leadership experience, including CFO-level responsibility
- Extensive experience with government grants, contracts, restricted funding, and reimbursement programs
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, GAAP, budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record overseeing audits, financial planning, and finance operations in a complex organization
- CPA preferred
- Experience with NYC-based nonprofits, government funding sources, and PASSPort strongly preferred
