Key Responsibilities
1.Daily Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks and maintain backend systems, including customer satisfaction surveys and routine administrative support.
2.Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
- Collect and consolidate market intelligence on ANZ economic and trade developments, industry policies and market trends to support subsidiary decision-making.
- Lead the preparation, compilation, review and feedback coordination of the subsidiary’s annual business plan and related materials.
3.Process & Performance Management
- Establish and maintain the subsidiary’s process and policy framework; monitor departmental implementation progress and drive awareness and compliance across the organisation.
- Design and implement the subsidiary’s organisational performance framework, facilitating cross-functional performance evaluations.
4.Meeting & Project Management
- Plan and manage the subsidiary’s meeting system, designing key company-level meetings aligned with current business priorities.
- Oversee critical project monitoring: conduct weekly progress reviews, circulate overall project status updates each Friday, proactively flag risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
5.Procurement Support
- Build and maintain a procurement database; share supplier information internally prior to the initiation of formal tender and procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in business operations, planning, project coordination, or a similar role; experience within the automotive or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
