Key Responsibilities

- Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Partner with the CEO, Board, and private equity sponsor to execute the value creation plan and support strategic decision-making.
- Build scalable finance systems, processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure to support continued growth.
- Improve visibility into SaaS metrics, including ARR, gross margin, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV, EBITDA, cash flow, and Rule of 40.
- Drive financial discipline across the organization, including KPI tracking, performance management, margin improvement, and capital allocation.
- Support strategic initiatives, including pricing, product expansion, M&A, integrations, fundraising, debt management, and exit preparation.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance organization while serving as a trusted business partner across the executive team.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance leadership experience within a high-growth SaaS, enterprise software, or technology company.
- Experience scaling a recurring revenue software business through growth, operational maturity, and financial discipline.
- Private equity-backed company experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, forecasting, board reporting, and performance management.
- Experience partnering with CEOs, Boards, investors, and private equity sponsors.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Exposure to M&A, integration, transformation, fundraising, debt facilities, or exit preparation is a plus.
- Experience growing businesses from $20M-$100M ARR, with a proven track record of successful exits
