EWThe Lead Business Analyst is responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives within the CIO Strategy & Operations organization by overseeing reporting, governance, process improvement, and automation efforts. This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, streamline operational processes, manage PMO-related activities, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and analytics expertise with hands-on experience in tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Snowflake to enhance operational efficiency and support executive decision-makin
