About ReKlame Health
Sixty million adults experience mental health challenges in the United States, yet one-third lack access to proper care. Opioid overdose is the number one cause of death for people under 50 in the United States.
We are a clinician-led, tech-enabled provider group that exists to provide culturally competent behavioral health care addiction care, medication management, crisis intervention, and care coordination for people working towards taking back control of their lives, while expanding access to care.
Our vision at ReKlame Health is to create a future where individuals who have historically been unable to access the care they deserve can readily obtain high-quality behavioral health and addiction care.
At ReKlame Health, it goes beyond mere employment; it's about becoming a part of a formidable movement transcending individuality. Let's unite and forge a world where health equity and effortless access to exceptional mental healthcare can co-exist.
About the Role
We're hiring a Business Operations Manager to play a central role in how our company runs and scales.
This is the ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get things done, and wants real exposure to how a high-growth company operates end-to-end. You'll work closely with the Head of Business Operations, turning strategy into action across multiple areas of the business and seeing the direct impact of your work.
You'll serve as the connective tissue across our clinical, business, and admin teams to reduce fragmentation, increase visibility, and help the right people stay aligned on what matters most. This isn't a siloed role. You'll touch many parts of the business and play a meaningful part in moving the company forward.
We're looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, spots issues before they become problems, and knows when to resolve them independently or escalate quickly. If you take pride in bringing structure to messy problems and want to grow within a team that's building something important, we’d love to have you join our mission.
Examples of what you’ll own
Build stronger internal operations
You'll help strengthen the company's internal operating backbone so teams can move faster, with greater clarity and less friction.
You will:
- Support the build and improvement of internal systems, workflows, and documentation across core business operations
- Streamline administrative and back-office processes to increase efficiency and ensure compliance
- Identify where work slows down across teams and flag or implement improvements to keep execution consistent
- Manage tools, vendors, and external partners behind business operations
Strengthen talent operations
You’ll help build the talent engine behind the business by improving how we recruit, onboard, and plan for growth.
You will:
- Improve recruiting operations and onboarding systems that drive hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and team readiness
- Partner with leadership on hiring plans based on business needs and growth priorities
- Scale corporate and clinical teams with a stronger structure and process
Drive growth operations
You’ll help translate company priorities into execution by operating the systems and workflows behind launches, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
You will:
- Manage service line expansion, new market initiatives, and other high-priority growth efforts
- Utilize data and analytics to improve operating performance and decision-making
- Implement new tools and technology that reduce manual work and free up the team to focus on higher-impact priorities
What success looks like
In this role, success means:
- The company is better equipped to scale teams, launch initiatives, and execute on growth priorities
- Administrative and back-office operations run more efficiently and scale more smoothly
- Recruiting operations and workforce planning are more structured and effective
- Teams spend less time on manual work and more time on what matters.
- The business has stronger systems, better visibility, and more operating discipline
What we’re looking for
- 2-4+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or related startup roles.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, behavioral health, or care delivery environments required. Startup experience strongly preferred.
- Experience building systems and processes across both clinical and non-clinical functions, working cross-functionally to drive execution in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical and operational judgment.
- Technology and AI Fluency: You are comfortable using AI tools, automation, and systems thinking to increase individual and team output.
- Self-Starter: You don't wait to be told what to do; you spot what needs to happen, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. When we hand you something, we know it's handled.
- GRIT and Tenacity: You demonstrate resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude, consistently driving results even in the face of obstacles.
Why this role is exciting
This is not a maintenance role. It’s a build role.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how the company operates at a foundational level, work with cross-functional teams, and create the systems that enable growth. You’ll touch some of the most important parts of the business, people, clinicians, operations, and execution, and your work will have an outsized impact on how the company scales.
If you’re excited by ambiguity, energized by building, and motivated by helping a mission-driven company grow, we’d love to hear from you.
Location Requirements
This is a hybrid role requiring at least four days a week in person, where you'll collaborate closely with our leadership and various departments. To ensure a strong start and foster deep cross-functional partnerships, the first six months will be fully in person, five days a week. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, especially for a role like this that thrives on close teamwork, rapid feedback, and building relationships across the company. Our beautiful office in Grand Central serves as the hub for this dynamic work.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: 90,000 to 110,000
- Bonus: Performance-based incentive plan
- Equity: Stock option package
- Health: Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401K with company matching, Short-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Spring Health, and commuter benefits.
