Benchmark Estimating Software is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help drive our marketing, sales and customer engagement activities.
This is a hands-on role focused on improving how we generate opportunities, engage with customers and measure performance across the business.
Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll help coordinate campaigns, support sales activity, analyse customer and market insights, improve reporting, and identify opportunities to strengthen our go-to-market approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Support sales and customer-facing teams with campaign assets, content and communications
- Analyse customer, market and sales insights to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and improve reporting across marketing, sales and customer engagement activities
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Work across teams to improve processes, systems and customer engagement
- Assist with product launches, customer communications and thought leadership initiatives
