As our Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind new group launches and new Chair growth. You’ll run top-of-funnel programs, targeted outreach, and the execution that supports the growth engine of our business - across multiple systems, stakeholders and teams. This is not a brand role. It’s a growth role.
- Owning GTM execution for new business initiatives, with a primary focus on new group launches and sourcing new Chairs (CEO mentors).
- Building and running top-of-funnel programs (campaigns, lists, event-led activity and outbound sequences) that create qualified conversations.
- Delivering targeted outreach: segmentation, messaging, testing, sequencing and follow-up - with strong attention to quality and conversion.
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the business (sales, operations, marketing, leadership) to prioritise work and drive outcomes.
- Executing across multiple systems (CRM, marketing automation, paid/social platforms, webinar/event tools, data sources) with confidence and speed.
- Maintaining clean pipeline discipline: tracking, reporting, dashboards and visibility of performance.
- Taking initiative: you’ll see what needs doing, build the plan, and get it done.
Here’s what we hope you’ll bring
- Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, GTM - with clear outcomes tied to pipeline/revenue.
- Comfort with technical execution across multiple systems. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you do need to be sharp, curious and confident in tools.
- Experience working in and around CRMs (Salesforce) and marketing automation (e.g., Pardot/Account Engagement and Apollo).
- Strong analytical thinking: you can read performance data, form a point of view and communicate this to the team, supporting decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder management - you can work across teams, align priorities, and keep momentum.
- A bias to action. You don’t wait for perfect; you build, test, learn and iterate and have an openness to feedback from those around you.
