Role: Business Operations Executive
Location: Jaipur HQ (On-site)

About Us
At Mom’s Home, we create trusted, organic baby essentials for over 20 lakh parents across the country. We are a fast-growing D2C brand driven by a commitment to quality, care, and the little ones we serve.
The Role
We are seeking a deeply analytical Business Operations Executive to be the structural engine behind our scaling brand. Working closely with our Strategy team, your focus will be entirely on the back-end architecture. You will map our supply chain, diagnose fulfillment data, identify and solve critical bottlenecks, and engineer the operational tools that allow our company to execute seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Operations: Monitor the end-to-end supply chain to catch potential issues early. Work with the team to resolve operational challenges in sourcing, warehousing, and shipping as the business scales.
- Inventory Planning: Connect sales projections with manufacturing capacity. Help forecast inventory needs to ensure we consistently meet customer demand without over-ordering.
- Process Improvement: Streamline daily workflows. Help build and deploy practical tools and trackers that enable the Logistics, Customer Success, and E-Commerce teams to operate smoothly.
- Logistics Management: Monitor our 3PL partners and marketplace performance. Look for opportunities to optimize the warehouse-to-customer journey to improve delivery times and reduce costs.
- Operational Analytics: Track core operational metrics such as inventory health, fulfillment costs, and return rates and use this data to recommend actionable process improvements.
What We Expect:
- Experience: 1–2 years in supply chain operations, business operations, process improvement, or data analysis, ideally within a fast-growing D2C or startup environment.
- Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable analyzing operational data. You enjoy reviewing inventory and shipping reports to help guide tactical decisions.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Driven to optimize workflows. Rather than just resolving immediate issues, you build simple routines or tools to prevent them from recurring.
- Systems Thinker: Able to connect the dots across the business. You ensure that when marketing scales up a campaign, our production and logistics are fully prepared to handle the demand.
