Group CFO
Our client is a privately held, global manufacturing organization in Scarborough, with approximately $300 million in annual revenue and operations across North America and Asia. As the business continues to grow and evolve, it is seeking a Group CFO to join the executive leadership team.
Reporting directly to the President, the Group CFO will provide strategic and operational leadership across the global finance function, partnering with the leadership team to support growth, strengthen financial performance, and build a scalable platform for the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global finance function across multiple operating entities.
- Oversee financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, compliance, and cash management.
- Partner with operations to improve business performance and decision-making.
- Support acquisitions, integration activities, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead banking relationships, capital planning, and finance transformation projects.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance organization.
The Ideal Candidate
- Senior finance leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products.
- Strong operational finance background, including costing, inventory, and capital investment analysis.
- Experience supporting multi-entity operations with international exposure.
- Track record of improving systems, processes, and financial visibility.
- A hands-on, commercially minded leader who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the plant floor.
- CPA designation
