Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Sales Operations Executive. The role involves supporting and optimizing the sales process, streamlining workflows, analyzing sales data to improve performance, and ensuring seamless customer support. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including managing sales processes and supporting sales teams
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends to enhance sales efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and communicate with customers
- Sales Support: Prepare quotations, invoices, sales presentations, and tender documents.
- Project Coordination: Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across teams.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and order status updates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales metrics, and project documentation.
- Procurement Liaison:Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely material delivery.
- Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure a positive experience
- Proven ability to work in a structured, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
- Experience in the technology or networking industry is a plus
