Role : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Listed Entity
Experience: 10–15 years (with ~6 years as CFO)
Compensation: ₹15–20 LPA (flexible based on profile)
Role Summary:
Lead financial strategy, compliance, and governance for a listed entity, ensuring strong financial discipline and regulatory adherence.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience as CFO in a listed company
- Strong expertise in balance sheet finalization & financial reporting
- Experience working with top-tier audit firms
- Deep understanding of SEBI / listing regulations and compliance
- Exposure to fundraising, banking, and investor management preferred
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
