Role Overview
We are seeking a GTM Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives for Dcluttr.
This role is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospective customers to conducting product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing new business.
The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS solutions, understands the ecommerce or consumer brand ecosystem, and is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders including founders, marketing leaders, growth teams, and ecommerce heads.
As an early member of the commercial team, you will work closely with the founders and play a key role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure
- Identify and engage potential customers across D2C and FMCG brands
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct discovery discussions to understand customer challenges, business objectives, and data requirements
- Deliver product demonstrations and effectively communicate Dcluttr's value proposition
- Manage commercial discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Consistently achieve revenue and growth targets
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to share customer insights and market feedback
- Contribute to the refinement of sales processes, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, account management, or related commercial roles
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience working with e commerce, D2C, FMCG, retail, marketing, or growth-focused organizations
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and business leaders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
