Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in planning, management consulting, investment banking, or similar data-driven business roles.
- Experience developing models using spreadsheet software, retrieving inputs from sources, and collaborating with decision-makers to drive actions.
- Experience with SQL, database, scripting, and business intelligence tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience at both the strategic and operational level in B2B Sales.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends and market dynamics.
- Exhibit sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.

As Sales Strategy and Operations Lead, you will work with Sales, Finance, Comp, Marketing, the Vendor Management Organization, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations teams to manage the strategy and operations for the SMB Segment in Google Cloud. The SMB and Scaled team at Google Cloud is responsible for running a global acquisition and growth engine across the whole portfolio of Google Cloud products, spanning across different motions that include self-service channels, partner channels, and sales assisted channels. You are passionate about strategy, planning, and flawless operations. You'll be the trusted advisor for the Sales teams, helping them work in fast growing markets and complex scenarios with the scale that SMB requires, particularly in the mid-market area.
You will have a proven work ethic that drives the desired results, and an experience in Sales or Sales Operations. You will have strong communication, analytical, creativity, program management, and problem solving skills. You will have an ability to master strategic planning and have a strong financial acumen, broad technical skills, deep analytic background and detail-oriented.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Drive and land strategy and planning for the Mid-Market segment, constantly driving operational improvements.
- Support goals setting, tracking and performance measurement of the business. Challenge the organization by working on plans to address opportunities and help drive processes to exceed goals consistently.
- Program manage operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations with executive stakeholder management.
- Perform large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of key business goals.
